The11021/11021-Luseslowerharmonic-distortionphase[1]detectiontechnologytoreduceaffectionofmeasurementaccuracycausedbyhysteresisdistortioninmagneticcomponentorhighdielectric-coefficientcapacitormeasurement,whichisnotprovidedingenerallow-endLCRmeters.Generallow-endLCRmetersusehalfperiodintegrationmethodasphasedetector.The11021-Listheidealselectionforhighfrequencycoil,core,choke,ectpassivecomponentsincoming/outgoingmaterialqualityinspectandautomaticproduction.Thefrequencyspectrumofhalfperiodsquarewaveisshownasfigure1and2,whichnon-ignorable3rd,5thorderharmonicsareincluded.Fornon-lineardevicesundertesting,odd-order(3rd,5th,7th,etc.)harmonicsmayoccurinmeasuredpotentialorcurrentsignals.Then,thisphase[1]detectionmethodwillcauseobviousaccuracyerrorbecauseofsameloworderharmonicsareincludedinbothunknownsignalandphase-detectsignal.The11021/11021-Luseseightstepssine-wavemultiplierasphasedetectortoreducelow-orderharmonicsa­ectiontoanignorablelevel.
